Terms & Conditions & Payment Policy

Users must be at least 13 years of age to participate. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. All users must provide accurate registration details. NEPO reserves the right to disqualify or ban any user providing false information.

Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Account sharing, selling, or fake accounts are strictly prohibited. NEPO may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity.

Players/teams must register before the tournament deadline. Late registration is not allowed unless stated otherwise. Players must join matches at the scheduled time. Failure to join may result in disqualification.

4.1 Free Fire BR MatchesPlayers must join rooms on time. Missing a match constitutes a "No Show". No refunds will be given for late entry, missing a match, leaving mid-match, or internet/device issues.4.2 Match Leaving / DisconnectionLeaving mid-match is entirely the player’s responsibility. No rematch or compensation will be provided.4.3 CS/CS2 Match DelayTeams must join on time. A grace period may be given at admin discretion. If a delay occurs due to a NEPO platform fault, the match may be rescheduled OR a refund may be issued to both teams/players.

Strict anti-cheat rules apply. Prohibited items include: hacks, cheats, scripts, macros, exploiting bugs or glitches, smurfing, unfair play, toxic behavior, harassment, and match fixing or manipulation. Penalties include immediate disqualification, prize cancellation, and a permanent platform ban.

NEPO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena (Free Fire) or Valve Corporation (Counter-Strike / CS2). All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Prize pools are announced before tournaments. Winners must provide valid payment details. NEPO reserves the right to verify results before payout. Any fraud leads to the immediate cancellation of rewards.

8.1 Entry FeesSome tournaments require entry fees. Payment must be completed before the registration deadline. Without verified payment, participation is not allowed.8.2 Non-Refundable PolicyEntry fees are non-refundable once the player/team is registered, the tournament has started, a player misses or leaves a match, or a player is disqualified for a rule violation.8.3 Refund EligibilityRefunds are only allowed if the tournament is cancelled by NEPO, a duplicate payment is verified, a technical/server issue is caused directly by NEPO, or the tournament is cancelled before starting.8.4 Payment ProcessingPayments are processed via official NEPO-supported methods only. NEPO is not responsible for external payment gateway failures. Prize payouts may take up to a reasonable verification timeframe.8.5 Payment DisputesMust be reported within 24–72 hours. NEPO will verify transaction records. NEPO’s decision is final.8.6 Fraud & MisuseStrict action will be taken against fake payment proofs, chargeback fraud, or payment manipulation. Penalties include a permanent ban, loss of winnings, and legal action if necessary.

A player/team may be disqualified for cheating or hacking, fake identity, toxic behavior, rule violations, or match manipulation.

Respectful behavior is required at all times. Offensive usernames or content are not allowed. NEPO may remove users violating community rules.

NEPO collects basic user data (username, contact info, gameplay data). Data is used only for tournament operations. NEPO does not sell user data to third parties.

NEPO is not responsible for user internet issues, hardware/device failure, or game server issues. Match results remain valid unless NEPO administration officially declares otherwise.

NEPO may update rules anytime. Updated rules will be posted in-app. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updates.

NEPO is not responsible for loss of game rank, data, or progress, financial loss from tournament participation, or player disputes. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms are governed under and interpreted according to the laws of Nepal.

NEPO administration has final decision authority on all disputes, results, payments, and penalties. All decisions are completely final and binding.
