NEPO (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an esports tournament platform that organizes competitive gaming events including Free Fire Battle Royale (BR) and Counter-Strike (CS/CS2) tournaments. 2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to organize and manage tournaments, register players and teams, process entry fees and prize payments, prevent cheating and fraud, improve app performance and user experience, and provide customer support.

NEPO does NOT sell your personal data. We may share limited data only with payment processors for transaction handling, with tournament admins for match management, or when required by law or legal authorities.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse or alteration, and loss or leakage. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Payment Information
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. NEPO does not store full card or bank details. Transaction data is stored only for verification and record purposes.
6. Cookies & Tracking
NEPO may use basic tracking technologies to improve app performance, analyze user activity, and fix bugs and errors. You may disable tracking features through device settings, but some features may not work properly.
7. Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as necessary for tournament operations and legal requirements. Inactive accounts may have their data deleted after a certain period.
8. User Rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request correction of incorrect data, request account deletion (subject to legal obligations), and opt out of certain communications.
9. Children’s Privacy
NEPO is intended for users aged 13 and above. Users under 18 must have parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

NEPO may use third-party services such as payment gateways, analytics tools, and game servers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
11. Game Publisher Disclaimer
NEPO is not affiliated with Garena (Free Fire) or Valve Corporation (Counter-Strike / CS2).

In case of a data breach, NEPO will take immediate action to secure systems, notify affected users if necessary, and work to minimize potential harm.

NEPO may update this Privacy Policy anytime. Updated versions will be posted in the app. Continued use of NEPO means acceptance of changes.
