NEPO collects only the information required to run tournaments — your account details, Free Fire player ID, and match participation history. All personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and is never sold to third parties.
2. Data We Collect
We collect account credentials, in-app usage metrics, device identifiers used for anti-cheat monitoring, and any content you voluntarily submit through support forms.
3. How We Use Data
Data powers matchmaking, room credential delivery, prize distribution, and moderation. We do not use your data for advertising profiles outside the NEPO platform.
4. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@nepo.gg. Deleting your account will remove personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
5. Age Requirements
NEPO is intended for players aged 13 and older. Users under the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental consent to participate.
